777sz Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Gaming Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 777sz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 777sz website at https://777sz.online, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 777sz. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes fresh acceptance of the revised version. 777sz recommends checking this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

To register and use 777sz, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777sz does not permit access to anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (individuals only – corporate entities may not register player accounts).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Pakistani law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of a 777sz employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from 777sz.
• You must be accessing 777sz voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.

777sz reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If age or identity cannot be verified satisfactorily, the account will be suspended and any winnings accrued during the unverified period may be voided pending investigation.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one 777sz account. Creating multiple accounts – whether using the same or different personal details – is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently suspended and any balances forfeited.

When registering on 777sz, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 777sz login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. 777sz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 777sz account that is not used on any other platform.
• Log out of 777sz on shared or public devices after every session.
• Contact 777sz support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
• Do not permit any other person to use your 777sz account on your behalf.

All financial transactions on 777sz are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion on the platform – what you deposit in PKR remains PKR throughout. 777sz accepts deposits via the following payment methods commonly used across Pakistan:

All deposits made to 777sz must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted and may result in account suspension. 777sz may conduct routine checks to verify the source of funds and you must cooperate fully with any such checks.

777sz processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account. You may not withdraw to a payment method that is not registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 across all payment methods.

Standard withdrawals on 777sz are processed within 5–30 minutes for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 4:00 PM PKT. Withdrawal amounts exceeding Rs 5,00,000 may be subject to enhanced processing times while identity and source-of-funds checks are completed.

• Before your first withdrawal, 777sz may require identity verification documents including a copy of your CNIC.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn (see Section 6).
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• 777sz reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal request pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected on the account.

777sz offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting any bonus on 777sz, you agree to the specific bonus terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

The following general rules apply to all 777sz bonuses unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• The standard wagering requirement for all 777sz deposit bonuses is 30× the bonus amount. This means a Rs 1,000 bonus must generate Rs 30,000 in qualifying bets before any portion can be withdrawn.
• Only bets placed at odds of 1.50 or higher count toward wagering requirements on betting markets.
• All poker tournament entry fees count fully toward wagering requirements.
• Each player is entitled to one welcome bonus at 777sz. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once will result in the bonus being removed and may result in account suspension.
• 777sz reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or expire any promotion at any time. Active wagering requirements on bonuses already claimed will be honoured for 30 days from the date of the change.

All bets placed on 777sz are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or event. These rules are available within the relevant section of the 777sz platform. The following general betting rules apply across all 777sz markets:

• A bet is confirmed only when it appears in your 777sz betting history with a confirmed bet ID. Bets in a pending state are not confirmed until written confirmation is received.
• Once a bet is confirmed by 777sz, it cannot be amended or cancelled except where a Cash Out option is available and actively offered on that bet.
• In the event of a clear and obvious error in odds pricing (commonly called a "palpable error"), 777sz reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. This applies even if the bet has already been settled in the player's favour.
• Maximum single-bet stakes are published for each market within the 777sz platform and vary by event type. Stake limits may be reduced for individual accounts based on betting patterns.
• Winnings from confirmed bets are credited to the 777sz account within 5–10 minutes of the relevant event concluding and results being officially confirmed.
• For cricket markets, 777sz follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). DLS results are accepted where applicable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777sz and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Match Fixing and Corruption: Any attempt to fix, manipulate, or influence the outcome of any sporting event, game, or market on 777sz.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker tournaments and cash games on 777sz.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or exploiting technical errors to obtain bonuses multiple times or in ways not intended by 777sz.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting price differences or technical errors in 777sz odds for guaranteed profit irrespective of outcome, at a scale that constitutes abuse.
• Fraudulent Payment Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulent payment methods to deposit or withdraw from 777sz.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets on 777sz without prior written authorisation from the platform.
• Harassment: Abusing or harassing 777sz staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

777sz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred, where fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected, or where required to do so by applicable law.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 777sz will notify the affected player by email to the registered address. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and the player will be notified. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Players may also choose to close their own 777sz account at any time by contacting support at support@777sz.online. Any outstanding balance at the time of a player-initiated account closure will be refunded to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, provided no outstanding withdrawal holds or investigation flags exist on the account.

All content on the 777sz platform – including but not limited to the brand name, logos, game interfaces, odds data, text, graphics, software, and user interface design – is the exclusive intellectual property of 777sz or its licensed content providers. No part of the 777sz platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 777sz.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777sz platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to scrape data, reverse-engineer any 777sz software, or use any content from 777sz for commercial purposes.

777sz collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on 777sz, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

777sz will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where legally required. All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption protocols.

777sz is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players stay in control of their activity on the platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 777sz players and can be activated from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into 777sz.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are willing to accept in any given period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts and automatic logouts after a set session duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from 777sz for a defined period of 24 hours to 90 days.

777sz's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 777sz account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by 777sz negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of 777sz that cannot be resolved through 777sz's internal complaints procedure should be referred to our support team at support@777sz.online in the first instance.

777sz will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a full response within 10 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the dispute resolution procedure specified by applicable regulations will apply.

Players agree that any legal action arising from these Terms will be subject to the internal dispute resolution process of 777sz before any external action is initiated. 777sz reserves the right to use translation services where necessary, but the English version of these Terms shall be the definitive version in the event of any discrepancy.

777sz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 777sz will notify registered players via the email address on file no less than 7 days before the changes come into effect. Minor amendments such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing policies, or regulatory compliance updates may take effect immediately.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version of these Terms was most recently modified. It is your responsibility as a 777sz player to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of 777sz after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you should close your account before the change comes into effect.
